Odisha CM Majhi To Conduct Aerial Survey Of Leftout Cyclone-Affected Areas Today

Bhubaneswar, Oct 28: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will also conduct an aerial survey of areas affected by 'Cyclone Dana' in Balasore and Mayurbhanj districts. This will be the Chief Minister's second aerial survey. 

The Chief Minister conducted an aerial survey of affected areas in Kendrapara and Bhadrak districts yesterday. 

Like yesterday, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari and senior Revenue Department officials will accompany the Chief Minister during aerial survey today. 

According to sources, the Chief Minister will also take stock of the situation at Habelikhati nature camp where Cyclone Dana had made landfall at 12.05 am on October 24. 

Sources also informed that the Chief Minister would review damages at a meeting at the SRC office following his aerial survey. 

It may be noted that the Chief Minister has asked officials to prepare the damaged report by November 2.
